Appetizer choices: (if you select a 4 course menu, the antipasti platter will be included as the appetizer)

Family-style antipasti (either plated on the table, or 30 minutes passed appetizers if space permits)

Salad of seasonal greens with fennel, shaved Pecorino Romano and balsamic vinaigrette
