The vision of chefs Thomas Oden and Franco Dunn is to return to a time when ingredients were always seasonal, fresh, and locally grown, and complemented by wines from neighboring vineyards. The rhythm of the seasons is respected at S ANTI .

In winter, hearty food of northern Italy warms the senses. As seasons change, menus lighten and follow a meandering southward path. Braised entrées give way to a greater emphasis on the grill, and back again, during this annual transition. The evolution is naturally endless, but it always leaves room to emphasize favorite dishes.

A list of fine, regional wines that includes locally grown Italian varietals, interspersed with handpicked wines from Italy, has been assembled by the knowledgeable staff at S ANTI .
